(Fluoro Carbon Rubber) containing fluorine rubber molecules, in accordance with the fluorine content (i.e. monomer structure) and have various types. Currently the most widely used fluoride fluorine rubbersix system most early by DuPont Co to "Viton" brand name listed. High temperature resistance is better than that of silicone rubber, and has excellent chemical resistance, resistance to most oils and solvents(ketones, esters except), weather resistance and ozone resistance;cold resistance is poor, the general use of the temperature range of-20~250 ℃. Special formula for low temperature to -40 deg. C.

Advantage.

Shortcomings:

Not recommended for use in ketones, low molecular weight esters andmixtures containing nitrate. · automobile, locomotive, diesel engineand fuel system.

Shortcomings:

Silicon and fluorine rubber

FLS

(Fluorinated Silicone Rubber) silicon and fluorine rubber silicone rubber by fluorination treatment, its performance has advantages offluorine rubber and silicone rubber; the oil resistance, solvent resistance, fuel oil and low temperature resistance is good, the general use of the temperature of -50~200 ℃.

Advantage.

· apply to a special purpose, erosion and chemical such as chlorinesolvent to anti oxygen compounds, aromatic hydrogen solvent.

Shortcomings:

· don't suggest exposure to brake oil, solution ketones and corpus,the parts in space.

(FFKM) O ring

Perfluoroelastomers is composed of TFE (backbone), PMVE (branched)formed and bridging part, it not only has the like PTFE excellent high temperature performance, chemical corrosion (corrosion resistant tomore than 1600 kinds of chemicals), also has the elasticity of the rubber, which at 300 ℃ compression deformation rate is only in 50% the following. Ordinary full fluorine rubber operating temperaturerange of -25 ℃ ~+240 ℃, Kalrez7075 high temperature up to 327 ℃,even when exposed to constant temperature of 316 ℃ or 343 ℃ likeintermittent high temperature environment, Kalrez will not causehardening of seal failure and brittle, Kalrez in direct contact withthe erosion of impregnation fluid still can maintain its elasticityand resilience. In fact, the thermal stability of Kalrez are often more than the fluid itself. Fluorine rubber has excellent hermeticity(high vacuum degree up to 1.33X10-7-1.33X10-8pa) and the Gao Jie netresistance and plasma, these characteristics used in the semiconductor industry is very extensive.
